Please read the following frequently asked questions. If you still have issues using EasyCoin, feel free to email us ([email protected]) or join our TG group.
First, check your agent's settings to see whether Smart Delay is enabled. If this option is enabled, not all the transactions of the target address are copied.
Agent -> Click the Agenet -> Key Settings
As shown in the example, the Smart Delay is enabled. If you want to disable the Smart Delay, Click Edit Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Copy Settings and then Disselect the Smart Delay. At last click the Save Agent to save the settings.
Note that disabling the Smart Delay has some side effects. The Smart Delay ensures your buy price is equal to or better than Smart Money's price. The trade will be skipped if this cannot be achieved within a few minutes. So, if you disable this option, your buy price could be higher than Smart Money's (the address you follow).
Second, check the Buy Strategy to see whether it's a Trade Ratio or a Fixed Amount. If it is the Trade Ratio, ensure your agent has enough funding. For example, if the trade Ratio is 10%, then if the target buys 10 SOL, your agent will buy 1 SOL of the token. If your agent lacks balance (less than 1 SOL), the buy will fail and not copy the trade.
When closing an agent, all the holding tokens will be sold. However, if the liquidity of a token pool is too small (the default slippage is 50%), then the token cannot be sold, and the closing of an agent could fail.
To solve this issue, users can manually sell the tokens individually and slightly increase the slippage.
Sell -> Advanced Settings -> Slippage
Another option is to sell all the tokens that can be sold and transfer the SOL in this agent out by clicking Adjust Balance. After that you can pause the agent and leave the tokens that cannot be sold.
We are working to make this process more smooth.
When withdrawing the funds, the funds will directly go to the wallet that was used to create the account.
During this process, you need to use the wallet to sign the transaction. Ensure to give enough gas fee to withdraw the funds.
When your agents copy buy or sell a token, the priority fee is dynamically calculated by our system to balance the speed to be on the chain and the cost. You can also manually adjust the priority fee by your self for each agent.
Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Sending Strategy
Trading Mode
Auto: Automatically selects the best method, with fees adjusted by network conditions. Large swaps use Anti-MEV to prevent sandwich attacks, and small swaps use Turbo for faster confirmation.
Turbo Mode: Set this mode to prioritize speed, adjusting the priority fee as needed.
Priority Fee
Auto: Our system dynamically calculates the fee to balance the speed of being on the chain and the cost.
Customize: Set your customized fee, e.g., 0.01 SOL.
Anti-MEV: Set this mode to enhance security by setting a flexible bribe to privacy nodes.
Bribery Tip (Jito)
Auto: The fee is dynamically calculated by our system
Customize: Set your bribery tip to Jito, e.g., 0.01 SOL.
TP means take profit. You can set the TP to sell the token to get profits.
Let's take the example as follows:
Let's say you buy 100 Token A with 0.01 SOL for each token (1 SOL in total). When the price gets to 0.025 (which reaches the first TP condition -- 150%), our system will sell 45% of the position you hold, i.e., 45 Token A.
Then the price is 0.035 SOL (which reaches the second TP condition -- 250%), our system will sell 100% of the position, i.e., the remaining 55 Token A.
Note that, due to the slippage, the actual token-selling prices will be different from the quoting prices.
SL means stop loss. You can set the conditions to sell your token to prevent further loss. The configuration is similar with the TP.
